8.2.2.3 Violations

Payment of traffic and parking tickets is the responsibility of the driver.

Responsibility	Action
Driver	Pay all parking or traffic violation fines promptly from personal funds.
Transportation	Identify the department vehicle on past-due Services notice of parking ticket. Send past-due notice to department.
Department	Identify driver and have them take care of the past-due notice.
