Department

  1. Report service problem to the FPM Service Center through the Department's Building Coordinator.

NOTE: Emergency conditions may be communicated directly to the Service Center at 7-4315.

FPM

  1. Investigate problem.

  2. Make adjustment or arrange repair by outside service contractor.

  3. Render billing for the twenty percent (20%) of the cost to department requesting service.

Department

  1. Complete Internal Requisition and Inter- Account Bill (IRB), form 108A. (See APPM section 1.4, Internal Billing.)

  2. Forward IRB to FPM.
