  1. Report service problem to the FPM Service Center through the Department's Building Coordinator.

NOTE: Emergency conditions may be communicated directly to the Service Center at 7-4315.

FPM

  1. Investigate problem.

  2. Make adjustment or advise repair by Department.

Department

  1. Arrange for repairs

    1. With outside service contractor (see APPM section 2.2.2, General Requisitioning);

    2. Via the FPM Contracts and Construction Department (see APPM section 5.2, Service Requests).
